Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that situations can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our aim is to make the cancellation process hassle-free for you. Ordinarily, you have a 24-hour window from the time of placing your order to cancel it. After this period, cancellation may not be feasible as your order could already be in the processing or shipping phase.

Refund Policy:
Your satisfaction with purchases from Dayuan is our utmost priority. We extend a 30-day window from the date of delivery for you to request a refund.

Eligibility for Refund:
To be eligible for a refund, the product must meet the following criteria:
  • It must be returned in its original condition.
  • The item should be unused.
  • All tags and packaging must remain intact.
Refund Procedure:
Upon receiving the returned item and completing the inspection, we will promptly notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund request. In the event of approval, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that all refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
